I’ll be honest: their customer service is phenomenal. They answered every dumb question I had, and added extra detail on top of their answer. If I ever want good loupes, I’ll know where to buy it. One thing that I think iLOUPES should add is the option to customize the TTL when it isn’t in stock on your website. It’s really annoying, and I hope it’ll be added sometime soon
