So firstly, well done to the iloupes team for finding alternative sources for parts despite whats going on in the world right now. Secondly, this is seriously such a well-made product. Thirdly the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with (and probably will ever deal with, its really hard to beat it.) Their customer service really is top-notch and they are really happy to help with any problems that you might have. All in all, if you want a stellar TTL from a company that delivers high-quality products and has FANTASTIC customer service (I can’t recommend them enough) buy a iLOUPES TTL, you won’t regret it.
